Encourage meaningful feedback by letting users rate threads simply by replying.
This add-on converts replies into ratings, allowing users to rate threads without any extra steps.
It also provides flexible permission control, so ratings can be submitted either through replies (attached to posts) or as standalone ratings without replying.
