Better Campaign Transparency & Financial Tracking!​

This update introduces campaign expense reporting, expanded privacy and moderation controls, donation exports, and new tools for presenting and managing campaign finances.

New Features​

• Added optional public Campaign Expense Reportswith cycle filtering, receipt attachments, and summaries for:
  • Raised
  • Spent
  • Remaining
• Added permissions for managing own or any campaign expenses, viewing deleted expenses, and permanently deleting expenses.
• Added soft deletion, moderation logging, and field-level edit history for campaign expenses.
• Added global and category permissions for viewing campaign donations and donor lists.
• Added campaign donation CSV export with date range filters, privacy-aware values, and a confirmation step.
• Added selectable Font Awesome icons for campaign goals.
• Added support for recurring donations, with a Recurring Donations page for managing and cancelling subscriptions independently of campaign visibility.
• Added a Watched Campaigns page with bulk email notification and stop-watching controls.

Improvements​

• Campaign currency can no longer be changed after a completed or refunded donation, or after an expense has been recorded.

Fundraising campaigns can now run in recurring cycles, making it easy to restart goals while preserving a complete history of previous fundraising periods and their results. This update also adds new ways to integrate donations with your community.
