This is a fantastic add on, thank you.

Really appreciate that last update too - I deleted my post about that as I wasn't sure if it was a local/my issue and wanted to do more testing.

I can't disable the refresh. It says set to 0 to disable but every time I do and go back into the widget, it goes back to 1. I need to be able to disable so I can use DevTool to customise the widget and I can't as it keeps refreshing.

should be fixed in last patch
 
There appears to be a weird bug with the add-on. I have selected 3 max items to be displayed in the widget. It was showing 3 until earlier on and now it is only showing 2. I have upped it to 4 to see if that changes anything and it displays 4. So put it down to 3 and it's still showing 2. No idea what has happened since tbh.

The problem might be that there is a hidden items in the feed that users have no access to view
The news feed fetches 2X more data from the database than is actually displayed, so it can filter based by visibility

I've added a widget option to adjust overfetching
try increasing it and see what happens

But I’m talking from an admin point of view, so it’s myself who sees 2. Then when I increase to 4, it shows 4. But when I decrease down to 3 it only shows 2. It doesn’t make sense because if there is a hidden item from users why can I as admin not see it? And why is it showing 4 when I put to 4 and only 2 when I put down to 3. Shouldn’t it only show 3 when I put to 4, if that was the case? Anyway I’ll try your update but I hope now having the items set as 3 only shows as 3 and not extra or not less.
